It was a shame how the installation of our French doors,bifold door and picture wondowvdid not go to plan. The final product is very good and the SWR team are a friendly bunch. There were issues with their quality control in regard to ensuring measurements were checked by their own team. A big error was made that led to the ordering of an incorrect opening direction of the bifold . Also the initial bifold had wrong sized glass . This all led to several weeks delay. The installation team had to return as they did not have all the parts. I was pleased that these errors were rectified but it could have been a smoother process if more diligence was taken with the order details. The recommendation of a builder was not very good and this also took much longer than suggested and the workmanship was pretty rough
