I've had nothing but 100% support from Hannah Welsh (and the Tech team) the entire time. Very professional and helpful. “There are many systems out in the market for this type of service. However, the major difference with this product is that at every level you get friendly and flexible support from REAL people with massive commitment. The product is easy to use and 100% reliable but better still the people are so helpful and unflinchingly cheerful and creative.”

“Our business is new to switchboard free so have yet to use a lot of the functions but so far the customer service has been exceptional and communication is very fast, the features in our package was the deciding factor over other providers.”
