“I first contacted Switchboard Free, and was informed a member would call me back. Within 10 minutes, I had a call from Kelly Ball, who was very helpful and polite. She set up switchboard free phone number for my business within 30 minutes. I was happy with the customer service received from Kelly. A few months later, I received an email from Kelly, asking if I was interested in the special limited offer of making outbound calls using my business number. This sounded interesting and is very beneficial to my company. I asked many questions about this and Kelly hasn't hesitated to answer my questions and she was patient with me asking so many questions. Which showed great customer service. She managed to set this up for me before the offer expired. I am happy with the service provided by Switchboard and Liquid 11. 10 out of 10 for customer service received from Kelly Ball.”

“I needed the service during the set up of a new business, I found the service very effective and efficient. If I had any issues at all they were dealt with professionally, politely and very quickly. I would highly recommend Zoe King from the Customer Support Department, probably one of the most efficient people I have ever dealt with, Zoe was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, calm and totally professional. I would not hesitate to work with her again and would certainly use Switchboard again in the future”
