“Awesome customer service from the 'get-go'. I needed to port over a private landline number from SKY. SKY seemed determined to not let it happen and after nearly giving up, SBF came through and sorted it. I dealt mostly with Zoe (I chatted with Hannah via the chat channel once) and every time, I received a very speedy response to any questions I had. Throughout the whole thing I genuinely felt that the team were doing their best to help. The landline number was for my Mother who had had the number for the last 40+ years; if I had listened to SKY and not spoke to Zoe then the number would have been lost. We are over the moon that SWF have been able to prevent this from happening. The monthly fee is very reasonable for the service we get, the app is easy to set up and all calls are re-directed to a mobile number seamlessly. Couldn't ask for anymore.”

“Absolutely brilliant organisation. Make things so easy to complete, always knowledgeable, and very helpful. Have had a number of approaches from so many different companies providing business lines over the years, but I wouldn't look to move away as, firstly the functionality is unbeaten, but as an organisation, whenever I have had the need to speak to anyone, they have always been so helpful and accommodating. The support is amazing. Couldn't possibly recommend highly enough!”
