“good choice of components but postage is expensive”

“items did eventually turn up some two weeks overdue no tracking what so ever on the package so not sure why sender gave me a tracking number which was a fake.”

Hello, I have looked into your issue and the tracking number is correct for your order. Your order was dispatched on the 18th October and I can see it is delivered. “Delivery was timely but expensive. The in line switch would have benefitted from four terminals for live and neutral but only had two terminals for the live wire that had little room to manoeuvre”

“since the update of your web site the search function is rubbish. for example if I want a 200K potentiometer and I put 200k in the search, the drop down shows 200K potentiometer 2 products found. Great until you select it then it displays 271 items the majority of which are not even potentiometers. An email confirmation that my order has been dispatched would be great,I have an order that was placed 23/08/20 1000015107 which still has a status of processing? i have no idea when to expect it. On a plus note your pricing seems competitive and I like that you offer a economy delivery option”

“service was quite good and fast, only query was when I logged in afterwards it wouldnt recognise my pass word or the reset function. It happens sometimes with some browsers.”

“I received the delivery on time, really happy in that. But one item was faulty, and phoned their customer service & left a message. No reply for 2 days. So I sent an email with the issue, this is 2nd day no sign of reply or acknowledgement of my complaint. Not sure how long to wait,. Not happy of after sales service. jiYo.”

“I jumped at the opportunity of using your service (particularly for small orders) as postage was very good value at "Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days) 1st Class - £1". But on checkout it is actually £1.99 which was a bit of a disappointment.”

Royal Mail 1st class delivery is available as standard on all UK orders for £1.99 with free delivery over £25. Hope this helps.
