“I wanted a new hot air rework station, and Switch had a good selection – I ordered online at their own website, which was easy to navigate and all the usual info was clear and accessible. Delivery was fast, and the courier was one of the reliable ones with a 1-hour window and frequent updates with to-the-door tracking. Although I haven't yet used the item I bought, everything arrived in perfect order. I found Switch's service to be simple, fast, and reliable, and I would certainly use them again.”

“Paid for next day delivery. It took 7 days. On receipt of parcel it was obvious it had been opened prior to getting to me. The package with dirty and had been ripped down the side and then stuck back together with brown tape. I explained to the company j bought the goods off.”

“Very poor quality. Stereo jack plug; Screw thread between the metal and plastic body was so poor it pulled apart when removing plug from socket. I couldn't be bothered to return them and just threw them in the bin!”
