“I purchased a microswitch which, unfortunately turned out to be the incorrect one for my needs. However, this identified one very clear failing of Switch Electronics, namely telephone contact. Despite many attempts, at differing times of the day, to speak to someone, using the only phone number associated with their business, no-one would pick up the telephone and answer my call. It rang and rang, unanswered. From a customer's point of view this is unacceptable. I used their 'live chat' facility. On completion of the 'chat' my phone received a message page stating that the chat was now closed. However, after receiving this message, I am now unable to access their website because the moment I try the same 'chat closed' message keeps on popping up, blocking access. SE have not resolved this, which means I can no longer make purchases from their website, or access their 'Live Chat' facility anymore. Consequently, email is my only way of contacting them, but cannot place an order via this method, so I shall not be placing more orders going forwards, though I would be reluctant anyway, given they have no intention of speaking with customers over the phone. SE need to think about this 'no phone calls' policy.”

“I needed a part which I was unsure where to get it from! Switch was the second site I looked at, great range of parts got me an identical part which was delivered very quickly. Being a OAP it was refreshing to find such a good company to deal with, would have thought I might never use them again myself, but I'm sure lots of people do.”
