“I'm writing this review before receiving or using my purchase, so I can only comment on the purchasing experience, but I found Swinnerton extremely helpful. I was hunting for a hard-to-find item, and they helped with information and advice, taking a lot of trouble over what was ultimately quite a small sale. It's a proper, traditional bike shop, with a traditional attitude to customer service. I will definitely use them again.”

“Bought a bridge club fast delivery and the bike does what it says on the tin, brilliant. The gearing is spot on and the bike rolls very well and handling is spot on. I bought it for doing high mileage loaded up and it will do it with ease. Very strong and well constructed the build quality is excellent. Well pleased with the bike and Swinnerton's excellent service.”
