“got a genesis eqiulibrium frameset and am happy with it. It is a good keep fit bike for me and probably good training bike for others. The price was as good as I could find too, thanks.”

“Had an issue with the courier delivering to the wrong address. Had a good old moan at swinnerton as didn’t know where delivery was. I wouldn’t have blamed them if they put the phone down on me but they remained proffesional and once package turned up I called to apologise and had a nice chat with one of the team. Top service!”

“After premature failure of an e-bike shimano battery (I have read that they are cynically over engineered to prevent repair) I had to buy a replacment and this was the cheapest I could find. Barny Swinnerton was helpful in assuring me that the battery was a direct swop for the old one brearing in mind that the images shown on most websites have the battery in its frame not bare battery as supplied.”
