“Great service and really helpful. We had our previous caravan stolen and they made sure our new caravan was ready in time so we did not miss our holiday which we already had booked.”

“Many thanks to Lewis at Oxford Caravans for handling the purchase of our second caravan from you. This purchase was due to our first caravan being stolen from storage!!! and just 10 days before we were due to travel. Lewis handled the sale excellently, organised the fitting of the mover and collected this morning, with excellent hand over. Everyone at Tiddington site are excellent, from the sales to the shop and the workshop, thank you to you all and would recommend them, and have, to friends and family.”

“The whole team =, from Steve in sales to the shop staff and even young Jack who showed us round the outside of our caravan were all really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Whilst, in light of the current climate, there was no need to 'push' sales, we got the feeling that this would not have happened in different circumstances. In fact, because of the current conditions with COVID, everyone in the whole place was extremely busy but we were still treated courteously and allowed plenty of time to ask questions and check our understanding of everything, there was no feeling of rush because there were other customers to serve. Thank you to all the staff in the Swindon Centre. Because we live so close to the Swindon site, most of our interaction was face-to-face. Mr & Mrs Dixon, Royal Wootton Bassett”

“A big thank you to Jayden, both Simons and Ian. First time caravan buyers and their help was exceptional. Nothing seemed too much trouble to them. A big thank you to Ian for helping us out by taking the caravan to our storage. These guys are a treat to do business with. Alistair was fantastic, he helped us to make a decision on which van would work for us after considering two other makes and models; he answered all of our questions and provided a comprehensive handover. “Nothing was to much trouble for them. This is our first caravan & they helped us so much they even helped us with our awning sizes as we were unsure of what we needed But when we went into the store they showed us exactly what we cld & couldn't have that was so helpful. When we picked the caravan up they were so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know even down to sending a little video recording so if we do forget anything we can watch this again. They even got us extra Keys for the family.. Excellent service”
