“Second Caravan bought here in four months, didn't get on with the last one but that was us, not any fault with Swindon Caravans. Anyway we sold it at a loss (obviously) and went back to buy the one we should have bought in the first place, a Swift Elegance and boy did we get a brilliant deal. Their sales and aftersales are great and I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely the best dealer we've dealt with over the years and I can't see us going anywhere else. Thanks Swindon Caravans”

“My wife and I arrived one sunday morning to be greeted by Allister who welcomed us and ask what we were looking for then pointed us in the direction we needed we spent around an hour looking in which time we were not approached and sales team if they sore us just asked if we were ok. We found this a great experience and made us feel like no pressure to buy we were very impressed with layout and caravans available. We then approached Allister again who then took us through the caravans we had chosen and then proceeded to give us a great deal and sort out finance for us. The pick up was superb with the van being set up and fully showed and explained how to use.”

“Alistair was very thorough in all aspects from the time we first enquired about the possible purchase of a new caravan right through to taking delivery. He explained the technical aspects of the new Bailey very well and made us feel welcome at all tlmes. We cannot give enough thanks for all his assistance throughout the whole process.”

“Swindon caravans dispatch and service team went above and beyond, collecting my caravan late Friday afternoon, when most had or were going home, they stayed, helped me with the in-rail awning and even helped sort out a problem with my tow ball on my car. The sales team were very helpfull, and even after some logistical issues the sales team helped me to get on my way as a happy customer”

“We have been customers of Swindon Caravans for a number of years. John in the after sales team has always been very caring and helpful, we were discussing our like of the Hymer brand and John and took us to see two Hymer vans that were for sale. We purchased one of them. Lee was very knowledgeable of a foreign van as was Danny in despatch; he was excellent, extremely patient and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with Swindon Caravans.”

“From our first visit to driving away with our 'new' caravan, we were made to feel welcome and important customers. The hand over was particularly good with Ian patiently covering everything ( several times!) Simon dealt with the sale and paper work in a friendly but efficient way. A good experience. Thankyou.”

“We purchased our second hand caravan from the Reading branch and Simon Clark who dealt with our purchase was professional and helpful with the sale. He kept us informed throughout and when we collected the caravan Ian took us through the workings and was through and answered all our question with a great deal of patience 😊. ‘Big Simon’ completed our sale and all necessary paperwork and we can only say the whole process was painless.
