We always aim to answer emails within 1 hour or the same day during busy periods. On the 21st July @ 9:40 we received the following email from you: "So the guarantee for Thursday was a lie? Friday is not Thursday" On 21st July @ 16:31 we responded to your email with the following: "Hi Nikita, Thank you for your message and for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to confirm a technical issue yesterday prevented your order from being processed in the usual way. We will of course refund your delivery fee in full as per our guarantee and I apologise for any disappointment this has caused. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Kindest Regards, Scott Miller @ Sweetie-Bouquets.co.uk" I can confirm we received no further requests for support from you and the item was successfully delivered, albeit regrettably later than expected. I'm satisfied that we handled your enquiry efficiently and appropriately and I would like to apologise again for any disappointment caused.
