I believe it is fair to advise it takes a lot more than simply chocolate to create our Sweetie Bouquets. Quality components & packaging, reliable couriers as well as a lot of hard work goes in to ensuring our bouquets arrive on time and in perfect condition, anywhere in the world. We also take great care to ensure the accuracy of the product descriptions and images on our website give our customers a realistic expectation of what they will receive. In most cases I'm happy to report we often exceed expectations and so I'm especially sorry to learn we didn't meet yours in this instance, especially considering we always add a little more than 50% extra in our extra large bouquets 🤫. In any case, all of our products come with a 100% Wow! Guarantee, so if you or your recipient are not 100% happy with your bouquet, simply send it back to us unopened and we will issue a full refund, no question asked. “Ordered X2 Sweets & Chocolate bouquets for my children It was alot smaller than I was expecting as I paid 25%extra for the large ones so was expecting bigger than they was so was a little disappointed. To be honest tho they look lovely and I'm sure my kids will love them Not sure I'd pay that price again tho..”

“Fantastic selection of sweets, my partner got me a massive 1kg with all selection of sweets for our anniversary and i could not belive the selection in them. We had to mske another order we orderd 1kg of pick and mix with everything and 1kg of Halloween with everything. Well worth the money if you are thinkong of ordering for someone or for your self the seets are well packaged exellent delivery highly recommened Sweetie Bouquets would not order from anywhere else.”

“Thank you so much for being apart of my sons birthday! We created a large sweetie bouquet as a gift from his little sister. It was far better then expected! Packaged LOVELY and safely 💕 the optional free personalised card finished it off and i loved that you could pick the colour if the box and bow. We got to choose up to 20 sweets which was more than enough for for my little boy. Delivery was speedy quick. Thank you so much we will definitely be using you in the future. Many thanks Shania x”
