“After a mix up with delivery by Royal Mail I called and spoke to Scott. He was so helpful and understanding and arranged for a new gift to be made as Royal Mail returned the package to them damaged. Redelivery to a different address was no problem. Phone call was answered within minutes, Scott was friendly, helpful and definitely a human. Despite being the Easter weekend, Scott pulled out all the stops to ensure my package was delivered as it was a now late birthday gift. An excellent company who genuinely care about the service they offer. Would definitely recommend and use this company again purely based on service received. That said, the gift arrived at the relevant destination, looked fantastic and was well received. Cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you to Scott and his colleagues.”
