I never got my free box of sweet then you buy to you get a small box free I am always buying on this page

I can see we have sent 2x Free Treatboxes out to you with your previous bouquet orders, under our “Buy Any 2x Bouquets & Get A Free Treatbox” Offer. I can also see you didn’t include any bouquets with your last, which unfortunately means your order didn’t qualify for the offer this time. All orders of two or more bouquets will automatically include the free gift in the cart at checkout. I hope this helps, but please get in touch if we can help with anything else.

We are delighted to hear you love your bouquet but also a little surprised that the size didn’t meet your expectation, given that you personally chose every item including the quantities yourself. We hope our customers expectation is to receive exactly what was chosen and I can only apologise if anything on our website gave the impression you would receive more than your choice of items.
Really disappointed, the sweet tree is that squashed into the box that all packaging and bows were that flat its ruined , I cant give that as a gift now , I suggest you use next size up box ,so upset

The main cause of damage in transit is poor packaging that allows movement of the goods inside. Not worth the price at all. I could of got it all from the shop for less than £10 :( , probably paid for the packaging.

A great deal more than just sweets goes into making our Sweetie Bouquets, including shipping, packaging and materials that make the bouquets look fantastic, and keeps them in perfect condition until received. In addition, the care and attention to detail when making our products ensuring they are of the highest quality also takes our amazing team valuable time, which of course does not come for free. There are also the general costs associated with running a business that allow us to offer our services in the first place, such as utility bills, marketing, website costs, transaction fees, insurances to name just a few. in addition to all of these costs, every business has to make a small profit to make it all worthwhile. Despite all of this we still managed to offer your bouquet at just £19.95, which we believe offers incredible value for money for such a unique and thoughtful personalised gift.
I was expecting the chocolate bouquet to be already made up , didn’t realise that it was flat packed. The disappointment on my friends face when he received the chocolate bouquet. I wanted instant impact. Disgruntled customer

PLEASE NOTE: *** All of our products are fully assembled straight out of the box. *** We do not and have never sold flatpacked products. I can see the angle of the the tracking image provided by Royal Mail makes the box look very shallow, but I would encourage you to actually speak with the recipient who will be able to confirm the prodcut was fully assembled and gift-wrapped ready to enjoy.
Delivery was very fast but in my pick a mix I didn’t have all the ones I selected

I regret a delay to a stock delivery prevented us from including 4 of the 22 sweet varieties you chose and I’m sorry for any disappointment this caused. It’s extremely important to us that all orders are delivered on time so to prevent a delay to your order, we compensated by including more of the other 18 sweet varieties you selected. We currently offer up to 30 choices per Pick n Mix Sweets Pouch, but due to high demand and/or stock delays, on rare occasions we may not be able to include every choice.
For the price I paid I would of expected it to be much bigger with more chocolate bars in. I could have made it myself for cheaper

Ordered a xl 50% more chocolate and unfortunately don't think I recieved 50% chocolate, also on my order said I would recieve a free sweet hamper which I never recieved

Thank you for your review. We take any reports of errors extremely seriously and I'm proud to confirm our workshop benefits from CCTV which allows us to watch all items being made and packed for quality purposes. Having watched your bouquet being made I can confirm you did receive the Extra Large bouquet with an extra 50% of items. (An extra 53% to be precise 😊). This is easily verified by the fact your bouquet has two of many of the chocolate bars inlcuded, whereas our regular bouquet only has one of each. With regards to our offer “BUY ANY 2 BOUQUETS & GET A FREE SWEETIE TREATBOX”, as you only purchased one bouquet I’m afraid you did not qualify for the offer this time. I can only apologise if any of the wording on our website was a cause for confusion.
Definitely not value for money. Not a great selection of 'retro' sweets. I liked the idea but in reality I could have done better myself. Can't recommend this as the cost is too much for what you get.

Really dissatisfied that I paid extra to pick the date of delivery and it was delivered a day late. It was a birthday present so not very happy at all. Had a refund for the delivery amount but no apology. Just an automated refund email. Bad customer service

Couldnt get the sticks off the wrappers due to sellotape and lots of glue these were for my granddaughter and I had to snap the sticks when she wanted a chocolate bar

Removing the sticks either by snapping them, unpealing the tape they are fixed to or simply removing the chocolate from their wrappers are all safe methods that ensure young children can also enjoy our Sweetie Bouquets. Our unique method of displaying the contents of our Sweetie Bouquets which uses a minimal quantity of a specialist Cool-Melt Adhesive, not only creates great looking gifts, but also ensures that our bouquets arrive anywhere in the world in perfect condition.
Love the idea but Poor value for money, I expected the bouquet to be well presented & actually look like a gift. Disappointed doesn’t even come close.

As we advise on our website our Sweetie Bouquets arrive in discreet plain protective packaging to ensure they arrive on time and in perfect condition anywhere in the UK with the contents kept secret until removed from the box. Once out of the box our bouquets are all beautifully cellophane gift wrapped with complimenting bow & ribbons and unmistakably 100% gift.
Delivery time was amazing couldnt fault it. Unfortunately i am very disappointed with the products the chocolate had 3 weeks left in date and as a gift by the time id gifted it it would have 2 weeks left 😢 lovely packaging

As advised on our product pages, we will always send items with a minimum of 6 weeks Best Before Date. I can see your order has been in your care for two weeks which added to an End-of-August Best Before Date, is the 6 weeks minimum we advise. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing the date the gift is intended for, unless you choose Pick-a-Day delivery, which would ensure at least 6 weeks Best Before Date, from your delivery date. In any case, all items you have received are still in date and therefore in perfect condition and I'm confident the vast majority of items in your bouquet will have significantly longer Best Before Dates. If you are at all unhappy with your order, our customers are welcome to return their unopened bouquets within 60 days via our a Free Returns Service for a full refund. The bouquet that I received was nothing like the photographs. I have emailed on the day that I received it (sat 31.7.2021) and haven't heard anything back.

The bouquet itself is lovely but unfortunately it wasn’t what I had ordered. They didn’t receive the email sent via their site therefore the amendments weren’t made & unfortunately due to disabilities I cannot return & it wouldn’t be here in time for my sons birthday. Like I said it is lovely but not suitable & a wasted present

I placed a order for 3 bouquets as Easter gifts I paid for specific day delivery and have only received 1 of them the other is supposed to be with parcel force but they have as yet not received it I am disabled and not able to get get out to replace them saying that the afternoon before Easter Sunday I would not have gotten any eggs anyway very disappointed and extremely upset
