We always aim to answer emails within 1 hour or the same day during busy periods. On the 21st July @ 9:40 we received the following email from you: "So the guarantee for Thursday was a lie? Friday is not Thursday" On 21st July @ 16:31 we responded to your email with the following: "Hi Nikita, Thank you for your message and for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to confirm a technical issue yesterday prevented your order from being processed in the usual way. We will of course refund your delivery fee in full as per our guarantee and I apologise for any disappointment this has caused. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Kindest Regards, Scott Miller @ Sweetie-Bouquets.co.uk" I can confirm we received no further requests for support from you and the item was successfully delivered, albeit regrettably later than expected.
