Apologies your order took longer than expected to arrive. I can see you regrettably placed your order just after our last collection before Easter, on Thursday Evening, which unfortunately meant the next posting date was the following Tuesday due to the long Easter weekend. To add to this, I can also see Royal Mail took a day longer than anticipated to actually deliver the item too. I can only apologise for any disappointment this caused.
I didn't receive my gift boxes this wasn't down to the company it was royal mail. But the "company director" was very unhelpful did not reply to my email or return phone calls as he told me he would discuss with royal mail not sure if he ever did because I heard nothing and it's only the sender that can claim for a missing parcel. I would never buy again!!!

My name is Scott Miller and I am the Managing Director of Sweetie Bouquets, I am also the person that spoke to you on the telephone at length mulitple times, thoroughly investigated your claim and instructed Royal Mail to carry out a full investigation, the outcome of which I also discussed with you on the phone. When Royal Mail scan a parcel as delivered, the GPS location is also recorded. In this instance the GPS location was an exact match for your delivery address, which you confirmed was correct. In addition, you claimed to have received the other parcels Royal Mail scanned at the same time in person. It is extremely unlikely, that a delivery person would scan 3 parcels at your front door, hand two of them to you and walk away with the third. If they did notice this immediately, at the very least it would be scanned again at the delivery office and redelivered the next day. No further scans were recorded. We take any reports of missing items extremely serously, especially those that have been marked as delivered because they may imply negligence, theft or fraud. Despite all evidence pointing to the fact the parcels had been handed to you in person and some alarming inconsistencies in your story, we treated your claim impartially and instructed Royal Mail to investigate, which inlcuded interviewing the delivery person. Royal Mail confirmed the parcels had indeed been delivered exactly as the tracking showed. In your review you claim that I didn't respond to you, I was also personally unhelpful and may not of contacted Royal Mail as I advised. Not only are all of these claims false, but they contradict each other. I am satisfied that your claim was handled professionally and attentively, I also believe your review has provided further evidence to justify Royal Mail's decision to reject your claim as false.

I’m very sorry to learn your order was delayed. I can see it was successfully sent to the Isle of Man via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, unfortunately though this was during the Isle of Man TT race season, where many roads are closed for the Motorbike racing. During this time there is understandably disruption to postal services and residents that are affected are advised to collect their post, where deliveries are not possible. I can only apologise for any disruption to your delivery on this occasion.
Ordered the 1.7 kg men's Cadbudbury chocolate bouquet and it was very disappointing once I managed to get rid of all the fancy wrapping paper and sticks on every bar. £37 I paid for 50% extra plus vat, 10-12 bars of chocolate including a couple of 10p bars.. I definitely wouldn't recommend it and I'd rather go to my local shop and get twice as much for half the price. Very very poor. Definitel

I have taken a look at your order and just wanted to clear up some confusion. Firstly, you ordered the Cadbury Large bouquet with 25% Extra items (not the XL 50% Extra). There is a variety of 15 items in the Regular bouquet and 19 items (not 10-12) in our Large bouquet, which technically is almost 27% Extra items. The price you paid was £31.95 (incl. VAT), which also included Tracked 24 delivery. Cadbury's do not make any 10p bars, so I'm really at a loss as to where you got any of the above information from. Of course, it is cheaper to buy a carrier bag of chocolate bars from your local shop, not least of all because there are no postage and packaging fees. However, our customers overwhelmingly seem to enjoy the spectacular arrangement of chocolate and "fancy wrapping," as you kindly stated, which obviously takes our team a considerable amount of time and effort to achieve. Ultimately, all of our products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, all you need to do is contact us, and we will gladly provide details on how to send it back to us free-of-charge for a full refund.

I ordered guaranteed next day delivery. I ordered Wednesday at 5pm. Should have been delivered Friday day time. Wasn’t despatched until 8pm Thursday evening and wasn’t delivered Friday. I now have to wait 3 weeks for Royal Mail to return and to receive a refund. Wouldn’t use again.

Firstly, I am very sorry Royal Mail were unable to deliver your order in time, we do everything we can at our end to ensure every order arrives on time, unfortunately we are also at the mercy of couriers and regrettably delays can sometimes happen that are beyond our control. I think it is important to explain that your parcel had actually arrived and been processed at Royal Mail’s Chelmsford Mail Centre by 7:50pm and subsequently received and processed by your Regional Mail Centre in good time by 4:48am the following morning. Unfortunately, between your Mail Centre and Local Delivery Office, there was a delay which regrettably led to your order not being delivered on Friday as we hoped and expected. I can only apologise, that this bad timing meant you missed the occasion it was intended for. As your order did not arrive when expected we will of course refund your delivery fee in full, additionally, if Royal Mail are unable to deliver the parcel and it is returned to us, we will refund the order in full also. I can only apologise again that Royal Mail were unable to deliver on time on this occasion and sincerely hope that this rare delay doesn’t prevent you from using our services in the future.
I very even received the order yet it aas meant to be here on the 5 May its now the 7 and no sign of it ordered for my son birthday today so not alot of good now had yo go out and buy other things to use as prizes

Order and paid for next day delivery for sons birthday. Paid £6.95 for the privledge! Needless to say he didn’t get the item on his birthday / it was the day after!! Terrible service after paying so much money for delivery! They didn’t even bother responding to my email telling them I wasn’t happy! Not a great service at all!

We try to ensure our product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible to ensure our customers have a realistic expectation of what they will receive. I can confirm that our Retro Sweetie Treatbox clearly shows all of the items in the box and lists the correct items in the contents section too, so I can only apologise if you were expecting more than advertised.
My nan received the bouquet but the chocolate had melted, I understand a company cannot control weather but maybe they should put a cooler or something to protect the products more. I was then made to feel like myself and my 82 year old nan were lying. Terrible will not use again! I'll go back to celebrate gifts which are half the price and beautiful they just didn't have the one in stock I wanted!

I'm very sorry that you feel my response was in any way accusatory, which was not the spirit with which I replied. I advised you your bouquet was delivered at around 9am when the temperature was just 1ºC warmer than the perfect storage temperature for chocolate. All of our products are made and stored in a climate controlled workshop, transported at night and in your case could not have been subjected to the temperatures required to melt chocolate at any time before or during transit. In light of this, I felt a much more plausible explanation was that the bouquet had been placed in direct sunlight once out of the box, which could have quickly melted the chocolate. We have successfully delivered thousands of chocolate bouquets throughout the summer months, which with temperatures exceeding 40ºC have been the hottest on record. This is largely thanks to the precautions we take, the protective materials we use and the excellent arrangements we have with Royal Mail.

Not worth the money at all. My advice do not buy this item Says there all full size items when there not small box lidnt had 3 sweets in it terrible you can get that cheaper else whear(definitely wouldn't recommend)

Due to the significant risk to life presented by Storm Eunice, our courier Royal Mail took the difficult decision of suspending all collections late Friday afternoon. This regrettably and unavoidably lead to the delayed deliveries of many of our customers, who had chosen a Saturday Delivery. We did update everyone affected via email as soon as we learnt of it ourselves, unfortunately this was too late to make any alternative delivery arrangements. I can only apologise that we were unable to deliver your order on your chosen day and assure you that it was entirely out of control.
