“The service from Swagger & Swoon is second to none. I have ordered cravats one day and they have arrived the next, much to my surprise and delight. They are always of top quality and the messages and chocolates that come with them are just that little extra personal touch which makes dealing with S & S so pleasant. “Such personal service is a rarity. They turned an online transaction into a personal shopping experience and gained themselves a lifelong loyal customer in the process. The hand written note from Amanda wishing me a great night at the ball (it was a last minute emergency bow-tie purchase) was a great touch! If I could give them six stars I would.”
