“Delivery of purchase was very quick and there was no additional delivery charge. The packaging - black box and tissue, was excellent. The item I purchased was not that expensive but it looked great and as this is intended as a Christmas gift I was pleasently suprised . I have purchased more expensive designer items in the past and they are delivered in packaging that you would expect from much cheeper outlets.”

“Their service is fantastic and their products are great quality. We had to return our first order as the colour wasn't quite what we were expecting. It must be said we had received a swatch and the colour was an exact match it just came up not quite right for us when in larger pieces. This was not fault of S&S. The returns process was as simple as could be and there were no questions asked. We changed the colour of our order and received the replacements a few days later. The communication and customer service has been fantastic. Thanks very much Swagger & Swoon!”

“I was pleased to find your website from a google search. I wanted to buy a cravat for my husband but had no idea where to get one. Your range of cravats and prices was just what I wanted. Also information on how to tie one will be useful when I give it to him for his Christmas present. Delivery was quick and was nicely packed. The cravat pin I purchased with it looks good value for the price.”
