“Fantastic service, only place i could find an extra long white bow tie. The follow up from placing my order was great, informing at each stage of the process and to top it all, when i received the beautifully packaged item, there was a mint chocolate & a personal signature from the order desk - if only other internet companies were as good!! Well done”

“Amanda was our contact - I was actually looking for a specific bow tie from your catalogue (which we had received). Unfortunately, the bow tie wasn't available so...I contacted S&S and received a very polite and helpful response from Amanda. We opted for the bow tie AND cummerbund in the end. Excellent, personal service from start to finish! Goods arrived well in time for Christmas - even though I hadn't placed the order directly with Amanda, I contacted her after doing so and she located my order and supervised packaging and delivery. The item itself was true to picture indeed the material was excellent quality & the printed design looked amazing. Altogether a very professional, pleasing experience purchasing from this company- something that is always difficult to assess when buying online.
