“We initially ordered swatches which were delivered very quickly and very helpful in deciding our preferred colour. We then ordered multiple ties and pocket squares within a few weeks of our wedding which were initially delayed beyond the standard delivery time and so we became concerned as to whether we would receive them in time. We had received communication from the company by text which made it very easy to raise our query about delivery and after doing so, I can’t fault how amazingly they dealt with providing an update, getting the order completed and shipped to us within a very short space of time and the items were the perfect match, and beautifully packaged. The best customer service I have experienced. Thank you.”

“I originally ordered a swatch that I thought was the correct colour to match our bridesmaids dresses but it wasn’t right. I messaged Swagger & Swoon and sent them a photo of the dresses, they were super helpful and sent out a few swatches they thought would be right, these came the very next day and we found our perfect match. I ordered ties and pocket squares and was updated with delivery information via text message and delivery was very fast. I’m extremely happy with our purchase and their customer service was fantastic, would highly recommend!”

“Communication was great throughout the whole process. Messages were sent to ensure we were happy with the swatches and sent more for free. Text messages were sent to update us on the process of our order and very quick to respond. Price is very reasonable and quality is fantastic. Delivery was quick and very pleased with our order. Staff were really thorough and ensured we were happy with our order.”

“So happy with the ties we received for our wedding by swagger and swoon. The swatches arrived within a couple of days and even though I was late ordering the ties (as you need to allow a few weeks for delivery, as they are made to order) the swagger team work with you and are quick to email back and help make sure they are with you for the date you need them, ours actually arrived a week early. We ordered sage green for the groomsmen and rose gold for the groom, the colours matched perfectly and the quality of the ties are fab. Thankyou swagger and swoon x”

“Got samples sent out first so I could match my dresses, Ties were perfect and of good quality. Extremely helpful customer services from start to finish. I noticed I was a tie short 2 days before my wedding and they sent one out next day delivery for me. Would use again and would recommend.”

“Absolutely brilliant service and superb quality. Ordered for our wedding ties they staff were so helpful especially Jus. “Best customer service ever received! I ordered some ties to which they didn’t match how we wanted so I emailed with my colour match problem to which Hannah could not be more helpful! Emails back and forth within minutes to help us match perfectly and sent us some samples and finally got just what we wanted. Thanks again!”

“Excellent service, advice, and product. they doggy bow was particularly lovely and the company went a step further in having a message embroidered on the bow for us. Im sure without the help of the guys in this company we would still be trying to find a match to the colour we needed. Response to questions was instant and the ties etc were delivered within the time stated. Daughter was over the moon with the product. Highly recommend this company. The 'swatches' were a great way to start our journey looking for ties etc.... Thank you guys.”

“Good quality wedding ties/cravats and great customer service! After having my wedding postponed last August, and not having all the ties in the colour I had matched to the bridesmaids dresses in stock due to supplier issues through covid, I began to panic i wouldn't find anything even close match to the dress! After several emails back and forth, and colour swatches and ties sent and delivered super quickly, I was able to find the perfect match which looked absolutely stunning on the day. A particular thank you to Hannah who added to my order last minute and also ensured they were delivered on time before the wedding. Highly recommended swagger and swoon to anyone xxx”
