We initially ordered swatches which were delivered very quickly and very helpful in deciding our preferred colour. We then ordered multiple ties and pocket squares within a few weeks of our wedding which were initially delayed beyond the standard delivery time and so we became concerned as to whether we would receive them in time. We had received communication from the company by text which made it very easy to raise our query about delivery and after doing so, I can’t fault how amazingly they dealt with providing an update, getting the order completed and shipped to us within a very short space of time and the items were the perfect match, and beautifully packaged.
