“Exceptional service. Had a very wide variety of choice and colours. Have struggled to find colours to match our dresses but there was so much choice we found what we needed. Ordered some swatches that were dispatched the same day. Answered any questions immediately. Very helpful and friendly throughout. Quick delivery and parcel received was well presented with a lovely suprise inside. Would definitely recommend for that special occasion”

“Fabulous customer service from start to finish. Ordered swatches which arrived quickly, and ordered ties from there. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. I contacted them via email and phone and found them to be friendly every time. Nice little surprise when I received the ties too, thank you Swagger and Swoon, I will most definitely be recommending you to others x”

“Swagger & swoon have been so good - Sian has been so nice and helpful Before I found them I tried 4 different companies to get ties to match my bridemaids! As soon as I contacted swagger & swoon they contacted me straight away sent me swatch samples in the post with quick delivery and even sent me a freepost label for me to send a sample of my bridesmaid dress to them! and Now Ive got the perfect match of the Usher ties to my bridesmaid dresses. Thank you for your help. 😃”
