“I highly recommend Swagger and Swoon, my only regret is that I never came across this company sooner. I've spent weeks looking for the perfect tie for my fiance to wear on our wedding day with no joy. My neighbour sent me the link for swagger and swoon and I was impressed with the huge variety of ties and colours. From placing the order to returning the ties we didn't want, the service I received was impeccable. I was having a stressful day wedding planning when by parcel arrived, but as soon as opened my box there was a smiley face and chocolates in the box that brightened my day. It's these little personal touches that stand this company apart from any other. The returns process was so simple and again the email I received was lovely. What an amazing company and customer experience. Thank you”

“With just over a week till our wedding my fiancé told me he hadn't ordered his pocket square or tie and could I sort it? I tried EVERYWHERE and couldn't find a matching set in mustard yellow. Just as I was starting to really panic S&S popped up in my instagram feed (thank heavens for whatever algorithm knew to place the advert in my feed!) and had exactly what I needed for a great price. I used the standard delivery and it arrived in plenty of time too. Thanks Swagger and Swoon - you're brilliant! - the complementary chocolate was welcome too ????”

“Customer service went above and beyond. Delivery was swift and free. Opening the box was like opening a gift to myself - and I won't even be wearing the ties! Such a lovely surprise. The ties are of a very high quality and my fiancée is over the moon.”

“Swagger and Swoon have been amazing from start to finish. Amanda and Sian have helped me through the whole process and have been so so helpful, I honestly have not had customer service like it before!! The Cravats and pocket squares turned up today, amazingly wrapped, with heart chocolates (they went straight away) and the colours are true to the samples! (which is actually very unusual!). Would recommend you to anyone and everyone, great range of colours, and amazing service, Thankyou!”

“I ordered a number of samples that weren't quite the right match and Sian emailed me to offer her help. She sent a few more and after some more emails back and forth, we managed to find the perfect match! Sian was really helpful and the ordering processes was very easy. We love the ties and can't wait for the big day! Thanks, Carly”
