“Really excellent service, the tie and pocket square were lovely and the staff when I spoke to them were so helpful. Would highly recommended! Nice touch was having a tiny chocolate sent to you with the order, thankfully well wrapped and seperate from the tie though!”

“I ordered samples and Sian followed up with a text message to ask how I was getting on. I had already ordered ties elsewhere which were unsuitable however I missed the deadline to return them due to having a poorly baby. I was therefore reluctant to spend more money on ties. I explained this to Sian and she gave me 10% off which was really appreciated. She processed the order and I received the ties within a couple of days. They were packaged very well and there was also a couple of choccies in there! Excellent customer service; it is a shame that other companies are not like this.”
