“One of the best companies I have come across! Items ordered arrived quickly and were of a very high standard at a good price. Sian and the team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tie and kept me fully updated along the way. The colour matching service was paeticularly helpful. “I NEVER leave reviews for items I purchase. In this instance I have decided to make an exception. The service I received while trying to buy ties to match a dress was simply outstanding. Responses to emails asking questions were very prompt (often within half an hour), and when I had a problem with the order (item out of stock) it was resolved within minutes. The service is both excellent and personalised. The products themselves ( I bought ties and pocket squares) are lovely.”

“I had been searching for wedding ties for a few weeks now and weren't quite sure on the colour I wanted. I came across Swagger & Swoon and ordered a couple of samples which really helped make up my mind. The samples were sent out next day and I ordered my ties as soon as I had chosen my colour. Ties were made and dispatched really quickly and delivered with a personal touch. Thank you to everyone at Swagger & Swoon, especially Amanda and Gary who I have dealt with during my purchase. Great website with excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend you guys to anyone! Thank you!”

“Really excellent service, the tie and pocket square were lovely and the staff when I spoke to them were so helpful. Would highly recommended! Nice touch was having a tiny chocolate sent to you with the order, thankfully well wrapped and seperate from the tie though!”
