“Easy and fast”

“After traipsing from shop to shop for over 2 hours looking for a tie for my husband that would match a colour in my dress I gave up and decided to try online. Why oh why didn't I do this sooner! I found Swagger & Swoon, who provide material swatches and excellent service. A tie was chosen within a few minutes of receiving the swatches, ordered and received 2 days later. Excellent!”

“I ordered a tie swatch, but hadn't noticed that the ties in that colour were out of stock. I phoned to ask when they would have more in and was told that it would be a few weeks. I only wanted 1 tie but needed it by the following week. After coming off the phone, a short while later I received a an email and voicemail message from Sian to say she had managed to find me a tie. It was despatched that day and I received it the next day. Beautiful tie ( hubby to be loved it! ), extraordinary service, thank you very much.”

“Wanted a tie and pocket square of a particular shade; couldn't find it on the high street or other online retailers but after hearing from a friend about Swagger and Swoon I had a look at their website and ordered two swatches. Very quick delivery and one was the shade I wanted. Duly ordered what I required and the next day received very good quality items. The customer service and contact was first class and cannot be faulted in any way. Thank you!”

“Honestly, the best company I have ever ordered from. Customer service was out of this world. Phone conversations were very helpful and emails kept me constantly updated all along the way. Nothing was ever too much and help was offered at every stage, from looking through swatches to ordering the final ties. In between I got cheeky little things in the post which I was not expecting! The ties arrived today and even though they already had my custom, the box was filled with fun little extras! Cannot recommend these guys more highly!!”
