“Our wedding day was made extra special by Swagger & Swoon. The cravats we purchased fitted perfectly with our wedding outfits, they were the perfect colour scheme & carefully made with perfection. We were contacted several times throughout the process of them being made to keep us updated & even received a lovely message the day before the wedding to wish us the very best, then an email to ask how our special day was. Really over & above customer service, would highly recommend, never had such exceedingly good personal customer service A*.”

“We ordered ties and pocket squares for our wedding after ordering some samples which matched our bridesmaids dresses. The website was so easy to use and communication after ordering was really good as you got updates throughout the whole process. We also ordered more ties after for the dads and again the process was so easy and everyone was always on hand to help. The quality of the ties was really good and they looked lovely and matched the dresses we had so well.”

“What a fantastic and personal service from Swagger & Swoon. While preparing for our wedding, I found them on Google after searching everywhere in shops for a tie to match the bridesmaids dresses. I ordered some swatches, and after sending some photos they sent through additional swatches which matched perfectly. I ordered ties, pocket squares and a bow tie for our dog Rupert. They arrived so neatly packaged, which shows the level of care they’ve taken. I even then ordered my shoes for the wedding after browsing their website in more detail. Throughout all this they kept checking in with me to see how I was doing, and even sent me a tea bag so I could enjoy a cuppa while deciding. Can’t recommend them enough, and I’ll be sure to advise any newly engaged couples their way.”

“Swagger and Swoon were just incredible. They went above and beyond the whole process when ordering our ties for our wedding. From text messages and emails to ask for support when ordering swatches and and the items to even messaging the day before the wedding congratulating us, they just provided amazing customer service and made the whole process very easy. An amazing service from beginning to end. I would definitely order from here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people.”

“We ordered our groomsmen ties for our wedding from Swagger and Swoon, and honestly the customer service we received was the best of any clothing company or wedding supplier! They sent us multiple samples and when they still weren’t quite right, they sent us more. When we finally settled on a colour they kept us up to date with the process of making the ties and then right before our wedding sent us a lovely text to wish us luck! It was so personal and professional. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for ties for a wedding or just for general wear!”

“The experience with Swagger and Swoon was excellent from ordering the swatch through to placing and receiving the order. Communication was excellent with updates at each step so you know where your order was in the process and any responses to questions were very fast. The quality of the ties and pocket squares I ordered were excellent and such a beautiful colour. They arrived in plenty of time for the wedding. I really couldn't fault Swagger and Swoon at all, they were brilliant and there was absolutely zero stress dealing with them. I have already recommended them to friends.”

“It was so easy to order samples, colour match my bridesmaid dresses, and order our custom ties, bow ties & pocket squares for our wedding. The process was smooth, the communication was great and the delivery was fast. I put in a secondary order for socks too and am so glad I did, the men all looked amazing on the day. Five star products, five star service!”

“Cannot recommend swagger and swoon enough! From the second I ordered from them their customer service was exceptional. They text and email regularly for updates, offered to send out a swatch sample which I did and then unfortunately the colour didn’t work out. They were punctual and polite and I will definitely be shopping with them again m. Big shout out to George!”

“George was an absolute life saver for my wedding, I was looking for an ivory tie locally and couldn't find one anywhere. The tie arrived quickly and the quality was great, the additional message on my wedding day wishing us all the best from the team was a nice touch. I ordered the ivory paisley wedding tie and used an Eldredge knot for the day, everyone at the wedding was saying how great it looked. I will definitely be using Swagger and Swoon when I need a tie in the future.”

“I would highly recommend Swagger and Swoons, I needed to match my sons tie, I made a really late order but still had the most best communication and customer service from them. Fair play they were outstanding from start to finish. They made sure I was kept aware of each step during my order, and I still received my order days earlier than what I needed it by. “Swagger and Swoon provided an excellent service for our wedding. We had a small wedding but ordered a tie and pocket square for my husband after ordering a colour swatch selection. We additionally ordered a tie for my step-son, who wanted a different colour – it was just what he had in mind. Their service was fast and efficient, but they really do go above and beyond checking everything is o.k. and even sent a text to wish us a lovely wedding day – so thoughtful. “Swagger and Swoon were amazing at helping me find ties to match the dusty blue bridesmaid dresses for our wedding last month. The customer service team are fantastic, particularly George, he was so helpful, suggested swatches he thought would be a good match and sent them out really quickly. Once I found a perfect match, George kept me updated on our order at every step and even text on our wedding day to wish us a lovely day which was so kind. If you are looking to buy ties for your wedding, then I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you!”
