“Cannot recommend swagger and swoon enough! From the second I ordered from them their customer service was exceptional. They text and email regularly for updates, offered to send out a swatch sample which I did and then unfortunately the colour didn’t work out. They were punctual and polite and I will definitely be shopping with them again m. Big shout out to George!”

“George was an absolute life saver for my wedding, I was looking for an ivory tie locally and couldn't find one anywhere. The tie arrived quickly and the quality was great, the additional message on my wedding day wishing us all the best from the team was a nice touch. I ordered the ivory paisley wedding tie and used an Eldredge knot for the day, everyone at the wedding was saying how great it looked. I will definitely be using Swagger and Swoon when I need a tie in the future.”

“Outstanding customer service. Had an issue with delivery missing items, totally not their fault at all but one phone call and sorted. Would definitely recommend. Truly brilliant customer service checking in every step to ensure correct colour and the order was completed”

“I would highly recommend Swagger and Swoons, I needed to match my sons tie, I made a really late order but still had the most best communication and customer service from them. Fair play they were outstanding from start to finish. They made sure I was kept aware of each step during my order, and I still received my order days earlier than what I needed it by. Thank you, guys.”

“Swagger and Swoon provided an excellent service for our wedding. We had a small wedding but ordered a tie and pocket square for my husband after ordering a colour swatch selection. We additionally ordered a tie for my step-son, who wanted a different colour – it was just what he had in mind. Their service was fast and efficient, but they really do go above and beyond checking everything is o.k. and even sent a text to wish us a lovely wedding day – so thoughtful. I highly recommend Swagger and Swoon.”

“Swagger and Swoon were amazing at helping me find ties to match the dusty blue bridesmaid dresses for our wedding last month. The customer service team are fantastic, particularly George, he was so helpful, suggested swatches he thought would be a good match and sent them out really quickly. Once I found a perfect match, George kept me updated on our order at every step and even text on our wedding day to wish us a lovely day which was so kind. If you are looking to buy ties for your wedding, then I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you!”

“Swagger and Swoon were amazing start to finish!😊 having only needed to order 1 tie and matching flashes the service was 10/10, they kept in touch to let me know which stage my order was at, I received tea bags and sweets and then a lovely text congratulating us on our wedding. The quality of the items was perfect as well and will definitely be worn again. Highly recommend”

“We ordered ties with matching bow ties and waistcoats for our page boys. I really struggled to find the correct colour I wanted anywhere else. We paid a little more than we would've like for the page boys waistcoats but it was so worth it. The customer service was spot on, the staff were so helpful from start to finish. The products were lovely quality and matched perfect for our colour scheme and even better the fact I was able to match my page boys to the rest of the bridal party. We received a lovely message the day before our wedding wishing us the best day and congratulations which I thought was a lovely personal touch. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for outfits for any special occasion. Well worth the money and they deserve a special applause for there kind friendly service they provide. They sent me a free Swatch to choose the colour firstly and once agreed the correct colour the ties arrived very quickly weighing a couple of days. The page boys waistcoats were made to measure so took longer but the time stated as you order and they kept within our time frame of the wedding with plenty of free time to check they were ok without any stress caused. They kept us informed throughout too to keep our mind at rest all was ok.”

“The team at Swagger & Swoon were so helpful through every stage, from getting swatches and them checking in if we needed extra colours or help matching colours to communicating the status and getting our order to us swiftly and then to congratulating us on our wedding and making sure we were happy with the product. This was the only place where I managed to get the colours I wanted for our wedding, to match bridesmaids dresses and they were fantastic quality and reasonable prices. Loved them, will definitely be buying from them again in future.”

“Fantastic company. From the beginning they did everything they could to help. We received our samples then chose the closest colour to my dress. We ordered the cravat and pocket square for my husband and then the kids bow tie for our 3 year old. They were stunning and so well made. They kept in touch with us letting us know when we would receive them and what stage of manufacturing they were at. Could not be happiet”

“Could not recommend this company more. I ordered some swatches to match the ties and pocket squares for our groomsmen with the bridesmaid dresses and found a match quite easily. My now husband wanted to match my dress which was more tricky but swagger and swoon patiently kept sending me swatches and asked for pictures to compare to help me find the closest match. The delivery was quick and the quality of the products was great. They also sent a message wishing us a happy wedding day. They went above and beyond to ensure we got the products we wanted and it was very much appreciated.”
