Appreciate this is not always in your hands but unless I missed it during ordering and option advise on delivery instructions would make things better. ie ability to request items to be left in a certain place if no one is home rather than returning them to the postal depot meaning a 20 mile round trip to pick up something that could have fit through the letter box.”
