“On March 30th, I placed an order for supplements worth £36. To this day, I have not received the order. I contacted the sales department, and they provided me with a tracking number from Royal Mail. I also lodged a complaint with Royal Mail, but received no response. In fact, I paid Supplements.co.uk for goods and I expect to receive them. In the last three messages, Supplements have not responded. I am left without both money and goods.”
