“Finally after several weeks you ask for a review! Unfortunately my order was over £50. I was told the time DPD would deliver. I was in and the door bell NEVER rang !! instead I received a small piece of paper pushed through the letter box ,to say my order was unable to be delivered and I would have to go to my local pickup point!!! I was in and all your orders go through the letter box anyway ?? The delivery man PHIL C must not have even picked up my order from his van otherwise he could have pushed the order through the letter box instead of the piece of paper he pushed through. My order then went back to Liverpool ( at least 18 miles) and was delivered to my pickup point ( another 18 miles back) over 24 hours later!!! I then had to ask for someone to take me to the pick up point .. very inconvenient !!! At least a mile and a half away.... more petrol ! I am 70 years old and will not walk that distance and back for a parcel that could go through the letter box! I got home AND the order did go through the letter box !!! lesson..... either i don't order from you again or only put one item through per order ??? haven't decided yet...I'm still fuming several weeks later. I sugest you drop DPD from your next day deliveries.”
