“The company and their products are great. The only thing I think they could improve is some kind of rewards for returning customers. Given how oversaturated the supplement market is and how much fake/dodgy supplements are out there, finding a good supplier is hard. The good suppliers should reward their returning customers with regular discount vouchers, codes, and occasional offers. I also think they could slightly increase their stock range. Tongkat Ali, horny goat weed, etc, and other hard to find supplements would surely bring in more customers. Otherwise they’re a great company with good products, fast shipping, and an easy to navigate website.”

“This is my first time shopping on this site, everything looked great. Since the paid shipment (more than a month) never arrived at my address, after my three e-mails, supplemented EU decided to cancel the order and make a refund. That seemed completely fair to me until I saw how they returned only part of the money, 26.99 euros, which is related to the product, and the amount for delivery of 11.00 euros was not paid. I assume that there was an error in assessing the situation because no normal person would charge his client for the delivery of a product that did not reach him. After the wasted time and annoyance on my part, everything looks very unprofessional.”
