“Nice quality products but the International delivery charge is way overpriced we had to ship to a friend in UK and they posted to us at a much cheaper rate.”

“Products very good, ease of ordering very good, value very good, delivery service not so much. Appreciate this is not always in your hands but unless I missed it during ordering and option advise on delivery instructions would make things better. ie ability to request items to be left in a certain place if no one is home rather than returning them to the postal depot meaning a 20 mile round trip to pick up something that could have fit through the letter box.”

“I was dissapointed that the krill oil i ordered contained sorbitol. Was not included in list of ingredients on line or i would not have ordered. It is not a narural ingredient and diverse to diabetics and anybody on keto. Plus people can be allergic so why add it. Not in some of their other products.”

“Positive : Reliable supplier, wide choice, good descriptions of the supplements, convenient packaging, affordable prices especially compared with prices in France where I live, at least before Brexit (see below). To be improved : I asked the customer relations to change thr e-mail address in my account I was planning to stop using this one, I never got a reply. Expensive shipping fees, no tracking + costly import taxes in France since Brexit, making the price difference not so interesting anymore.”
