“Hello, I am writing to ask when I would have an update on my order, that I placed last week. Every time I go onto it, it says that it has been placed. I would like update for delivery please or when it's on it's way. Am looking forward to trying these supplements. It states to come back to the page for updates, but haven't seen any. “Awful. Had to get a refund through PayPal. No confirmation email and even though the website claims 24 hour shipping, I had not heard anything about my order 4 days later. AVOID!!!!”

Hi Laura, Your order was dispatched on the same day as your order. We received and answered your enquiry a couple of days later. When we heard nothing back from you we then refunded the order ourselves.
