“I have received the parcel on time. However, I will appreciate more if Superfooduk will reply to my email when I asked if the parcel had a tracking number to trace.”

“M product was out of stock and not showing on the website. I phoned up to enquire and the staff were very helpful. They told me it was coming back in stock and they would put it back on the website so I could order. Unfortunately it did not arrive in time for my trip the following week.”

“Great to find a product at a good price that I cannot get in a local shop. Could have arrived quicker but it's near Christmas and wasn't needed urgently so no bother. Website a little confusing re whether qualified for multi-buy, but price good anyway.”

“I actually ordered the wrong item should have ordered just the starflower oil and not the Evening Primrose with the Starflower but I can still take them and just make sure I check my order next time. I will definitely use them again.”

“After ordering my vitamins I was told to expect an e mail as confirmation. I didn't receive one I didn't the last time I ordered which I was surprised at. I find it more reassuring to receive an e mail when ordering from any company when I order on line.”

“Imroved customer support lately and improved delivery times (living in Sweden) A few items have been missing from the orders but were sent immediately after notification. Very generous discounts when ordering large quantities. A tracking number automatically with each order would improve overall customer experience.”
