“I was more than happy to order from Superfood. The product was a very reasonable competitive price too. My contact with them was good and a response came quickly. I would not give them a 'very good' star because the delivery time was a little long...however the issue was soon put right. I would order from the again.”

“The item I ordered "Liquid Joint Elixir" arrived in a quicker time than expected, which is excellent. However, the item itself has changed the recipe : the addition of "Aloe Vera Powder (dry)" has changed both the taste & consistency, plus, there are occasional black specks in among the liquid - even after vigorous shaking - which I cannot identify & which are concerning.”

“I buy the same product from SuperFood (Vegepa) every 3 months for my wife and her mum. Ordering is very easy, delivery is very quick and the order always arrived well packaged. Price is always very competitive. My only grumble is that, with the last couple of orders, neither Superfood nor their card handler (SagePay?) have acknowledged my order - despite having my correct email address. Their acknowledgements haven't been lost in my junk mail, so I think there's maybe a glitch at their end. But it's a relatively minor thing and, as it's likely to be affecting me only, I'm happy to recommend them.”

“Responded quickly and courteously to my query about delivery. Item was then delivered as promised to Spain. The ginger is fantastic. It is tasty, with not too much sugar and a decided 'nippiness' to it. Lovely! I will definitely buy more from superfooduk.”
