The bag arrived extremely dirty and looked as if it has been used before.

Hi Unfortunately our warehouse did only ship 1 umbrella holder when you ordered 2. The second was shipped immediately you made us aware of the shortage. Many thanks
The wrong coloured clip turned up for my trolley, green instead of yellow!

Hi We have checked your order and you have actually ordered the Lime Green, which will be showing on the order confirmation that you have received. if you would like to return this and exchange for the yellow, please log into your account and initiate the return request.
When I placed my order it wasn't obvious to me that you didn't have the item in stock & that it would be months before you did. When I received an email to say the item was on back order I expected to wait weeks. When I rang & was told it would be some 3 months I changed the colour, then you forgot to send the replacement & I had to ring you again. Not very slick.

The reason I have given you a low rating was because of the poor customer service I sent 3 email's to find out the progress of my order and not one was even acknowledged even if it was to say it was on back order

Hi We have checked back on our customer service system and can see that all of the emails you have sent in to us have been answered, did you receive the automated acknowledgement after each email, or the order confirmation/dispatch notification. If not these have perhaps been stopped by your junk email filters, all emails would be from sales@rsmg.eu
My bag took just short of 2 months to arrive in that time I had no information at what stage my order was at.

Hi, We are unsure as to how we could have provided you any further information? When the order was placed the bag was being clearly shown as out of stock with an availability date of the 25th January 2016. Our system will only send out updates if there are any changes to this date. There were no changes, the stock arrived on the date that was shown at time of purchase and your order was promptly shipped to you.
As yet, goods not delivered!

Hi... I have just checked and your parcel is showing as out for delivery today. I think that you have mistakenly received the follow up email to early. I wil ask out Techies to investigate this. Sorry and hope your goods arrive soon.
I paid for 1-2 day delivery and i STILL havnt received my package. I have tracked the consignment number and it is showing as a delivery for the 17th of Feb ??

Hi, We are sorry that you beleive our delivery time has not been met, however we would like to clarify. Your order was placed on the 12th February at 15:36 (after deadline for shipment that day) we dispatched your order on the 13th February on a 1 - 2 working day delivery as requested and paid for. This equates to a delivery date of the 16th or the 17th February. If it is not delivered by the 17th we will be happy to refund your express delivery charge.

As of today's date - Thursday 5th February - I still haven't received the replacement brake cable for my Sun Mountain trolley. The cable finally arrived this morning, Wed 11th Feb 10.15am - I'm not surprised that there was a delivery problem. The courier could hardly speak English, knocked at the door - rather than used the doorbell, then arrived the first time showing me an address on his handheld for the "Scott's Project",which is a large well signposted building next door. I gave him directions. He then came back about 10 minutes later - again lightly knocking at the door, which I only just managed to hear, bringing the package with my cable. I have absolutely no problem with immigrant workers, ( provided they have a valid work permit) , but whoever employs them must ensure that they are properly trained and can speak,read & write English. There are two name plates on our house - one on the gate and one on the house by the front door. Your dispatch process looks fine - it must be a delivery problem.
