Hi UK Mail have attempted delivery on the 7th and 8th September and have left cards requesting you to make contact to re arrange. Can you please call them quoting your delivery reference number.
Ordered and paid for a golf bag which I knew was on back order. But, after quite a few weeks of not hearing anything I emailed for an Estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date came and went and after numerous emails, messages via their website and Facebook, I didn't receive a reply and also could not contact them by telephone as it went to answerphone EVERY time I called. Despite leaving answerphone messages, I did not receive any call or correspondence from them. AVOID this company at all costs. I had to go through the bank to get my money refunded. All it would have taken to keep me happy is for them to get in touch to let me know the progress of my order, but I heard nothing.

Purchased 2 wheels for SV1 cart, wheels came with 2 wheel bearings missing and plastic cover that protects wheel bearings .Sent 2 emails no reply been trying to ring Sun Mountain UK for about a week but no luck as they do not answer the phone

Hi, Firstly please let me say I’m a massive advocate of Sun Mountain products, I’ve owned several carry bags, after an impulse buy I’m now the proud owner of a Four 5 bag. While reviewing I saw the Zero G belt and thought ‘I’ve got to get one of those’ normally I would have just gone to Amazon but as I came across your UK website I thought I’d pay the premium and order directly from the distributor. As a client service manager for a major US bank I remember once being caught in a perfect storm when the customer receives a request for feedback at the very same time they had a really poor experience, sorry to say today is just such an occasion. I ordered the belt on Thursday 6th FVICMRPCD I paid for express delivery; I followed up using your contact us link on your website to enquire if it was possible to have the belt delivered before the weekend. All the times I’ve used this link I have not received any feedback. Bottom line due to a ‘3 ring circus’ of events it’s now Thursday and I still don’t have my belt. I’m tempering my feedback although working as I do in customer service at the highest level, one of my absolute, no compromise rules is never promise the customer something you can’t or don’t deliver on. Now, maybe through no fault of Sun Mountain my ‘perception’ is you set your customer expectations then fail to achieve them. I’m sorry to be negative and for a customer, who’s only spent £35 I’m sure my feedback could be dismissed as a rant, then disappear through the cracks. However if you court feedback it’s a double edged sword, I would have loved to eulogise how good the experience was and receive a free sticker for my car (which I would have used ) but afraid not. Hi When you ordered this on 26th December it was clearly showing as 'Back Order' with an availability date given of the 25th January. We have managed to ship the order to you earlier than this date on the 16th January using express delivery which you paid for.
Am witholding judgement as I have NOT received the goods as yet. Please reply. Just checked outside and found package thanks.

It is unfortunate that mistakes do happen from time to time. A secondary order was placed for your Free umbrella as soon as we were informed that one had not been received.
Ordered spare umbrella holder. They claimed they posted it three days later. 8 days after that it still hadn't arrived. All attempts to contact them ended in failure. Gave up. Don't touch these people even with your longest club!

I ordered a Sun Mountain Clubglider travel bag for £199 last weekend and paid an extra £10 for the bag to be delivered in 1-2 working days. As we had still heard nothing by today and we are flying abroad to play golf on Monday morning, we called your Helpdesk and left three messages, none of which have been answered. We have also chased the delivery company who claim to have delivered the bag to someone called 'Allen' who signed for the bag, but they wouldn't say where 'for data protection reasons' and were most unhelpful, hanging up when I asked to speak to someone senior. PLEASE REFUND THE £209 IMMEDIATELY as this service is entirely unacceptable. Thank you. Matthew Evans

Hi there was an error in the house number your parcel was sent to. We did track this and advise you that it had been inadvertently sent to a near neighbors address. Hopefully this is now safely in your possession.
Ordered product in December and still waiting for delivery in mid March!!! No explanation and no response to my email enquiring as to status. Im sure the product will be good - when it eventually arrives - but very poor customer service.

Hi The Zero G Belt that you ordered was always being clearly shown on the web site as BACK ORDER with a delivery date given of early March, as this is the first delivery to arrive of this new product. All customer emails that are received are sent a confirmation response and are then answered usually within 48 hours, did you receive an automated response from us or just nothing? When I placed the order 19 November it was out of stock. Money was taken and back order accepted. I received no further communication until the third week of January when a delivery notification was issued and no information about the order staus was available on the website until then. Given the lack of updates on the staus of my order I had begun to wonder whether I had been the victim of a scam. This is very poor customer service.

Hi, we are sorry that you think this is poor customer service. When any product is back ordered from our web site an expected availability date is always clearly stated at point of purchase, in this case this was the 25th January 2016. Our systems only send out updates if there are any changes to the availability date originally given, in this case there were no changes to be advised as the stock arrived on the dates originally advised.
I eventually received the part ordered some 2 months after placing the order. At no time in the intervening period did I receive any form of communication as to the progress of the order. Not very good customer service.

We can only apologise that the spare parts were not available sooner, they were clearly displayed as Out of Stock when you placed your order with no availability date having being advised.
