“I eventually received the part ordered some 2 months after placing the order. At no time in the intervening period did I receive any form of communication as to the progress of the order. Not very good customer service.”

We can only apologise that the spare parts were not available sooner, they were clearly displayed as Out of Stock when you placed your order with no availability date having being advised.
