“"Golf bag never arrived, when sun mountain were contacted they said it had been delivered and signed for. The time of delivery there was no one at home so no one in the house could have signed and I have no idea where the golf bag is. Sun mountain don't answer the phone and have stopped replying to our e-mails. Very annoyed as we have paid for a golf bag, not got one and getting no help from the company. Might have to contact police as someone is trying to forge our signature."”

“The winter wheels which I ordered fitted on ok but the wheel with the brake brake is not suitable, I have tried to contact you but not heard anything back, the problem is the brake disc and the summer wheel has 4 screw holes to secure the brake disc, the winter wheel only has 3 screw holes to secure the brake disc plate. This would be ok if the screw holes lined up however they don’t so They are not suitable to use in conjunction with the brake. It would benefit if the wheel came with a suitable disc or the wheels matched the summer wheels so I could secure the brake disc. I am currently away at work so am not able to contact you via phone but if you can communicate via this email to help me with this problem I would very much welcome this.
