Hi UK Mail have attempted delivery on the 7th and 8th September and have left cards requesting you to make contact to re arrange. Can you please call them quoting your delivery reference number.

“The item I received (wheel) had some cracks in the rim. I wrote 2 emails to Sales and Customer Service 7 days ago and Zero feedback so far. It does not seem that they care a lot about customer service. Disappointed”

“Waited quite a few days, although paid £5 and it came by courier. It actually wasn't quite te same part as was on the tro;;ey, or like the video I found online. Luckily I have a hands on husband, who adapted it. am happy my trolley has a brake again”

“I ordered two Rain Hoods and paid for express delivery. However, there was an oversight and the hoods were not despatched as 'express'. As soon as I contacted Sun Mountain Golf they apologised and refunded the delivery charges. The hoods were sent 'next day delivery'. The hoods are very good but have not had to use them in the rain yet. I am impressed with the customer service.”

“Ordered and paid for a golf bag which I knew was on back order. But, after quite a few weeks of not hearing anything I emailed for an Estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date came and went and after numerous emails, messages via their website and Facebook, I didn't receive a reply and also could not contact them by telephone as it went to answerphone EVERY time I called. Despite leaving answerphone messages, I did not receive any call or correspondence from them. AVOID this company at all costs. I had to go through the bank to get my money refunded. All it would have taken to keep me happy is for them to get in touch to let me know the progress of my order, but I heard nothing.”
