“Good Initial phone contact . Then I ordered the bag on-line.Then bag that was supposed to be in stock wasn't so good phone call contact from Clive to advise bag wasn't in stock. Clive was very helpful and recommended another bag and advised I get a part refund as second choice was cheaper Ordered with Clive. Bag arrived next day Very Pleased with the way Clive dealt with me”

“I made a mistake on my order so I sent sun mountain a message and attached a message through PayPal. When I saw how quickly the item had been dispatched I assumed they hadn’t picked up my messages.... I was so pleased when I looked at the invoice and they had corrected my order. Thanks sun mountain being vigilant and checking everything at your end has saved me time and effort to sort out my mistake. Great customer service. Thanks.”

“"Golf bag never arrived, when sun mountain were contacted they said it had been delivered and signed for. The time of delivery there was no one at home so no one in the house could have signed and I have no idea where the golf bag is. Sun mountain don't answer the phone and have stopped replying to our e-mails. Very annoyed as we have paid for a golf bag, not got one and getting no help from the company. Might have to contact police as someone is trying to forge our signature."”

“This is my fourth sun mountain bag. The first 3 were carry bags. Had a zip go on one but other than that they are a great bag.”

“The winter wheels which I ordered fitted on ok but the wheel with the brake brake is not suitable, I have tried to contact you but not heard anything back, the problem is the brake disc and the summer wheel has 4 screw holes to secure the brake disc, the winter wheel only has 3 screw holes to secure the brake disc plate. This would be ok if the screw holes lined up however they don’t so They are not suitable to use in conjunction with the brake. It would benefit if the wheel came with a suitable disc or the wheels matched the summer wheels so I could secure the brake disc. I am currently away at work so am not able to contact you via phone but if you can communicate via this email to help me with this problem I would very much welcome this.
