“I ordered the Sunmountain Kube which was delivered within a couple of days and very well packaged. It was exactly as described on the website and is of a much higher quality than described. There is plenty of padding within the Kube in all the right places for your clubs to be safe. My clubs fit in with room to spare but I doubt you could get a tour bag inside. Lightweight and easy to pull along. The only slight grumble which is like many bags is the fight to get your clubs within the Kube. Excellent product, and a great idea.”

“Can't really comment on the product AS STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. Can only review your shipping process , which I can only class as abysmal. When I ordered my bag on Dec 3rd I paid for express delivery (1-2 working days) as I needed it for Dec 8th and said as much when ordering. To date DHL have said they were delivering on Dec 7th, Dec 8th and today ( Dec 13th) none of which has happened. Various reasons given for why not,..and initially claiming the parcel had been delivered and signed for in Belgium!!, then claiming the parcel had been returned to the "Depot" on Dec 10th. The whole process has been horrible and much time wasted waiting around as on some of the DHL correspondence a signature for delivery was requested. Appreciate that you have little control over DHL, but continuing to use them will probably result in some similar feedback!”

“I saw a review of the sun mountain meridian golf glider in my golf magazine on Tuesday. I ordered one late Wednesday, paying for Express delivery. I got confirmation of the order on Thursday and it arrived in N. Ireland on Saturday morning. The bag is very well padded at the top and the clubs are help securely...I wrap a towel round mine as well. There is plenty of room in the bag for extras. There are 2 straps inside the bag to secure it. I found these worked better when I put my extra bags inside. There are also two straps on the outside. Fully tightened, these were a little loose....but I hadn't overloaded the bag. I used the bag on Tuesday to go on holiday. The wheels are a little stiff to get in and out, but they work soooooo well. It is so easy go manouevre around airports. Even though it's a little pricy compared to other bags, it's worth it.”

If there is any criticism I have is I wasn’t informed when the delivery was taking place and the first I knew it had been delivered was when my door bell cam showed me the driver leaving it by the front door.”

“Yet again RSMG Limited took my review down, they just don’t like negative feedback on Sun Mountain goods that they sell. Ironically they keep Linda’s post about helping with golf bag hood. When I asked about my golf bag zip that was only in use 6 months they wanted to give me 25% off a £350 golf bag and no help with repairing the faulty zip. Not sure why anyone would spend around another £240 on a bag that is clearly very poor quality. So being retired, I will keep posting my reviews and include Trustpilot and Instagram until some at RSMG has the sense to help a customer.”

“Just read Linda’s review about her replacement hood for her golf bag. My experience was completely the opposite. After six month use of my water proof lite car bag the ball compartment zip broke. I asked Sun Mountain if they could repair the zip at my cost and they said ‘NO’. Rather they offered me 25% off a new bag that is around £340, not sure why anyone would pay another £340 after six months of use when the products are clearly garbage and there are much better products and cheaper on the market. RSMG who market and sell Sun Mountain keep taking my posts down as they don’t like the truth about Sun Mountain and claim it’s not their product, yet they sell it. Very poor customer experience and exceptionally poor quality products.”

“RSMG- This was previous purchase of H2NO waterproof bag, I damaged the hood, resulting in a tear. Company were a pleasure to deal with. Organised replacement hood for me to purchase when in fact it was not listed on their web site in the spares section. Superb customer service, thank you.”
