“I did buy a Sun Mountain golf bag from you some time ago-black and what was originally white. The white soon turned to dirty cream after a few months. Your company or Sun Mountain had no interest in replacing the bag or investigating the cause of the almost immediate loss of colour. Cost over £300 at the time.”

“This is my third Sun Mountain carry bag. I purchased the H2No Lite as soon as it launched. It is a great looking bag but I have experienced two major problems. Firstly, the surface of the 14-way dividers have worn away leaving a rough edge that has actually cut through my graphite-shafted woods, exposing the bare metal below. Secondly, the zips have broken (I notice in the 2023 model you have changed the shape of the pockets so you obviously identified a problem). I now need a new bag and I am in two minds if to ever purchase Sun Mountain again.”
