“Ordering process was straightforward and made you feel care would be taken to get you the right product (replacement stand bag legs). Paying was straightforward but after that I received no further communication, I checked my junk folder etc to no avail, no acknowledgement and no dispatch advice. I did check on the site a few days later and it said they'd been dispatched but no idea when the would arrive. All that said they dud arrive, well packaged and exactly right. Easy to fit they do the job perfectly.”

“This rating is nonsense, as your request for a rating is faster than your delivery. Nothing arrived yet! Order was placed 13.3.2024, today is 22.3.2024 - you probably should start improving the delivery times! Message from Ebay, on 21.03.2024: YOUR ITEM IS ON ITS WAY On 21.03.2024 it arrived in Heathrow, acc. tracking data - amazing! (by truck it will be another week) Its still a little from Heathrow to Helsinki! You really manage to have delivery times over a month, as in your questionary below? In 2024! Bon voyage!”

Sir, your order was placed via eBay and the eBay Global Shipping was selected as the carrier. We have no control over the speed of this method of delivery. Your order was placed on the 13.3.2024 and it was shipped to eBays Global Shipping Service the same day 13.3.2024 and this was recepted as received by eBay GSP on the 16th March. As you have selected them as the International shipper the delay in it arriving with you is an issue you should take up with them.

“I strongly recommend Sun Mountain bags. They are well designed (well, almost) and are great in wet weather as they keep equipment and clothing dry w/o the need for an additional bag rain cover. My only criticism is the larger section at the top of the bag which is made from a very hard polymer (?) and it is where I keep my driver and putter. The material is so hard it can scratch the grpahite shaft; so, I address this with a foam insert. I can't understand why this section doesn't have the same softer material in the other club dividers.Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.”

Hi Thanks for the review however it is incorrect. Yes the goods were lost in transit by the carriers. However you informed us that it had not arrived at 09:06 on the 26/02 and your refund was processed at 09:25 on the 26/02.
