“A good online service. Product arrived in good condition and on time. Our house is not easy to find. One nuisance. The rain hood does not fit and had to be returned. I would always prefer to assess the product and buy it from a store. Imperatives of time were against me. We now have 4 Sun Mountain bags as a family. I think they remain the best on the market.”

“I was working abroad and wanted to buy some birthday presents for friends so ordered online but asked for the delivery address to be different from the billing address as I wasn't going to be home to give the present. The transaction was accepted but then held up due to the fact that the company thought that the transaction might be fraudulent as there were a number of factors they were concerned about. Different delivery address from billing address, buying two of the same thing etc etc..So the delivery was delayed...I have to say though that the delay was minimal until they had checked to see whether this was a fraudulent transaction or not (for me and for them!).. The very good thing is that I was kept informed at all points and the contact from the customer services agent was responsive and highly informative as to the what, why and timing etc. The delivery arrived only 48 hours later than originally planned with us all feeling happy that checks had been made and the transaction was a good one. I am very impressed with the fact that fraud is taken seriously and that the delivery arrived very quickly. The contact through the web site is also good. The one thing I would appreciate is that the company has an international call number that they can be contacted on as people from abroad may wish to buy their products in the future..”

“Ordered Micro-Cart 4 wheel trolley which arrived quickly and is really good. The only downside to the purchase, was the set of hedge hog wheels ordered at the same time had on the brake disc wheel a different alignment for the screws, so I had to get a new disc and screws sent afterwards.”

“Ordered the new H2NO golf bag. Delivered very quickly. On the whole delighted with the bag, except for one feature. The rain hood doesn't match the top colour of the bag and it is designed in such a way that the zip opens from the wrong end. This is a design fault and very disappointing , since already used it before having to put the hood on and realising the fault., and the colour . If you don't mind mismatched colours, then would still recommend !”
