“Hi Sun Mountain. Product excellent. On line ordering, payment and delivery service first class. Minor criticism that accessing my account details and delivery tracking via the web site was a bit problematic. But overall pretty good. Looking forward to dealing with you again.”

Hi Thanks for your posative review, hopefully we have now resolved the teething issues with our new customer accounts system and your next visit will be even easier.

“Service and speed of delivery was excellent HOWEVER, the wrong trolley was delivered and needs to be returned. Was, however, pleased with the service provided in the sort out of the problem - will be very pleased when the correct trolley arrives.”

“Very quick delivery but a couple of gripes. First: website said item was out of stock but I was still able to purchase and it arrived within 2 days. Second: although easy to fit, it came with no instructions so it was trial and error and a little common sense.”
