“Great service, good communication, fast delivery. A real shame that one of my orders was cancelled due to the bag being broken, but a refund was issued immediately. If another bag becomes available, I would definitely use you again.”

“The delivery was very quick, the spares parts fitted easily and the brake system is working well again. However, this is the third break cable or lever that I have had to replace within three years and I do feel there is a design issue with this part of the trolley”

“The delivery was timely and help available. However the upper latch assembly that I purchased was effectively useless. The original part was riveted to the frame of the micro cart and could not be replaced. I was able after help from yourselves to disassemble the part and use the one part of it that was needed. Why Sun Mountain send out a part that cannot be replaced and not just send the small item that was actually needed I do not know.”
