Hi I think you may have 2 products confused here. You ordered and we shipped the Speedcart V1 Barke Cable @ £5.00 + delivery. Which is shown here https://www.sunmountaingolf.co.uk/microcart-spares/141-microcart-brake-assembly.html We have shipped the product you ordered and paid for. Did you wish to order the Brake Assembly kit?

Hi I am sorry you feel this way, but have developed our systems and processes to be as paper free as possible. Our system stores all paperwork relating to orders electronically in your account area, where you can log in and print anything needed. This way we try and reduce all unnecessary printing and paper usage which is better for the environment.
