“I have not yet received my Sun Mountain carry golf bag and your shipment tracking of customer purchases is very poor - you should use FedEx or UPS. Would be unlikely to purchase from Sun Mountain at a future date. James Ormonde”

Hi I am sorry you feel this way, but have developed our systems and processes to be as paper free as possible. Our system stores all paperwork relating to orders electronically in your account area, where you can log in and print anything needed. This way we try and reduce all unnecessary printing and paper usage which is better for the environment.
