I would have liked more depth on the civil service assessment protocols and time on answering more questions of different sorts for interviews. Steve Carr was a decent chap and patiently supported some who did seem to need more support than others who just got on with it. I feel the course could be designed with graduates having a separate group so that their aspirations and targets are reflected in the learning.”
