“Overall found the course informative, a lot of content to get through. Really consider if you want a carer in the civil service before registering on the course (perhaps recommendations from JC should stipulate this.) There is a lot more to consider than just uploading a CV, with several specific requirements needed when applying for a job in the public sector.”

“I found the course extremely helpful beyond any application for the Civil Service. I feel I am in a stronger position for any type of job application than before.
The course was led by a very skilled tutor, Steve Carr, who was very demanding but also very supportive. He was knowledgeable on the subjects of the course which inspired confidence in what was being taught therefore his feedback was welcomed.
