“Overall, the course was okay, but it included too much theoretical information and repetition. The ideal approach would be a balance of theory and practice. While I understand this is a Level 3 course, it lacked technical skills. By the end, I was left questioning the real value we can add to a company with just a basic understanding of cybersecurity. In today’s world, AI provides easy access to information, so the course should focus more on practical application to truly enhance our skills”

“The course was excellent. It touched on every aspect of working as a Civil Servant for the UK Government. Our coach Jonathan was informative, clear and professional. “4 rating, I did liked the All Star Hospitality level 2 course. With Strive Training New City Hackney College. Students were great, I did not had any issues with students.
However I did not liked Janet Baker Tutor attitudes I founded her difficult. Sometimes she was fine. When it became about me not understanding work or I do it wrong. Janet would be difficult acts in pushy way or I felt abused. When Janet would ask you to do things and she puts me off. The way she communicated with me. As I did explain about my mild learning disability, autism, mental health needs. Something's I could do and some found hard to do. Janet allowed to interrupt me not allow me to finish off my sentence. When Janet talks she would not want to be interrupted. I never liked her attitudes. I did let Ermira Kaso Centre Coordinator know. In the future I would not want Janet bring Tutor to me, if I ever decide to do suitable courses. I like to have some one who would be understanding not impatient or about me feeling abused intimidated by. I just feel happy by completing this course and get my certificate to find suitable work in General Catering Kitchen Assistant part time 15-25 hours a week. Which I will have Strive Recruitment support and from Tower Hamlets Work Path LSE Programme. I would not see Janet ever again which I feel good. She has been making feel very anxious overwhelmed. Then she does not expects me to say nothing to her. That made me feel down. I founded Ermira everyone else great who I felt comfortable with. From Samia Wahr.”
